Here we recommend a simple method to assemble the male and female rivets:
1. Make a suitale hole on the product you want to be assembled.
2. Put the female rivet to the base support.
3. Put the product on to the female rivet.
4. Assemble the male rivet on to the female rivet hole.
5. Cover the riveting tool to the male rivet head, and use a hammer to hit the tool.
For easily assembling, the male rivets are usually to be made smaller at the end of the shank, and the tolerance of the female rivet
hole and male rivet shank should be controled strictly, hence the products could be riveted tightly.
